Disliked: Rooms are very old . Beds are very high . The wallpaper they have look old The hotel is beautiful but they need to remodel the rooms

Disliked: The indoor pool was too cold for my children to swim. The fitness center had zero sanitizer or wipes for the equipment. I found a sock of a previous guest behind a couch cushion in my suite. The suite I reserved, had a couch, but it did not function as I pull out bed, and I was extremely disappointed. Upon entering the room it was obvious that the cleaning staff did not vacuum.
