Delightful Hotel with very helpful...

Liked: Lovely hotel with good Facilities central for everything in Lyndhurst and had no problem finding the Car park at the rear of the Hotel ....Restaurant had a superb Menu and we dined very well with very helpful Staff particularly James......However the TV proved to be a nightmare to get simple channels like BBC 1....!However we certainly will stay there again.....
Disliked: TV needs simplifying controls....

Lovely team of staff

Liked: The whole venue is kept clean and to high standard, staff are really friendly and accommodating, our room was huge, lots of space and storage. We will certainly return. Location is fantastic
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like. We did take our own fan and mini fridge. However fans were being provided as it was so hot outside.

A good hotel for us...

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: We love Lyndhurst but the only problem is the hotel is in the high street & therefore it is extremely noisy because of the constant driving through the town as it’s one way! However, it was just one night for us & we were happy with the hotel.

I would stay again

Liked: The staff were very friendly the food was very nice good location for cycle rides Mtb the room was big and clean
Disliked: No Aircon but fans were supplied and it was the hottest day on record

A lovely hotel, perfect fro...

Liked: A lovely pub hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Disliked: The only small issue was that the mattress wasn't great; it felt worn and we could feel the springs. But we didn't complain or note that to the staff, and apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.
