Disliked: The first day the manager attitude was unacceptable her name is Katerina, never in my life hotel tell me if you don’t put a deposit in won’t let you in, unbelievable I paid already for the hotel it’s not nice to say that, most of the hotels I don’t pay deposit and i pay for everything in it’s time, she told me it’s the police of the hotel, no problem you could insist that i have to leave a deposit not saying you should put deposit or I won’t let you in, OMG it’s not at all style of a good 5 ⭐️ hotel, was a bad experience really in londonSecond thing is the room, the bed is next to the door, you can HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE THE DOOR, I can’t describe the bathroom is toooo narrow can’t fit someone is weighing more than 90k, very disappointed
