Overrated

Liked: I liked the lobby and the staff at the bar.
Disliked: The room felt claustrophobic and dated. Nothing is complimentary, not even breakfast. The staff at the reception did not warn me of the $900 hold they were about to put on my card.

Disliked: Very old room with smell inside. Stuff wasn’t very helpful. Every time i need to open front heavy door by myself. View from the room horrible and it wasn’t in description. All together this cost doesn’t make sense.

Disliked: I was double billed for a bar charge. I waited on line to get it removed. Then I called twice to get it removed. As of now 5 days later it’s still not removed. Not sure what else to do.

Great Hotel in a great...

Liked: A wonderful Hotel very well situated. The rooms are very food, the staff is super super nice. Our stay was really very nice. Breakfast is also very good, although a breakfast buffet would be a very well nice idea as well
Disliked: The rooms are a bit oldfashioned and could be soon redone in order to modernise a bit. The last evening the staff in the bar & restaurant area had changed, and they could have been a bit more helpful and a bit more polite
