Liked: Great view, not the one I saw on the pictures and ordered but it was okThe staff in the reception are very helpful and welcomingI had a 10k bonus of marriott bonvoy membership as an compensation of my experience
Disliked: Breakfast ends at 11am the lady in the front told me they have finished and now they started the lunch ( it was 10h30 ) She finally gave us the permission to enter and provided us with a table behind a wall althought all the tables were free so we were about to miss the beautiful view from the 31st floor.The food was not that good as well!Paid more than 2000$ for really nothing

Liked: Clean and spacious- loved the bathtub. The staff are friendly and ask lots of questions to ensure you get what you need/want/are enjoying your stay. Convenient location- also easy parking next door at Scotia Plaza Garage.

Liked: Staff were excellent. Professional, courteous, responsive, thoughtful. I stay in a lot of hotels and this what distinguishes the best from the rest.
