Relaxing in a luxurious environment

Liked: Location, comfort, beautiful hotel. Lovely Christmas decorations.
Disliked: Price was very expensive.

It was a beautiful location...

Liked: I enjoyed the butler service it was great. The staff very nice and the feeling of warmth.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I was told my room was an upgrade but we had to get a separate bed that wasn’t delivered on time. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for it to be delivered to my room. Considering the amount of money spent on the room, I would have expected this to be take care of prior. I’m was on a time crunch and we were exhausted so we had to take the time out of our day to get the bed delivered.
