Great business setting. Classy.
Liked: Wonderful facility, classy, nice staff. Valet parking, and clean rooms. Beautiful balcony and bar available. Staff made us feel welcome and respected our beliefs/wishes with COVID procedures. Will absolutely stay here again. I had several rooms for a while during this business trip, and I would stay again.
Disliked: Food availability in the bar/restaurant area was not a very good variety. I would prefer more options. Many nights we opted to bring food into the bar and eat it instead of purchasing what they offer due to taste/freshness. St Regis would make more money if they offered more. We ate dinner almost everynight and often went to a nearby restaurant to avoid the food in the hotel. The setting and ambience and staff in the establishment were great, but the food not so much.

Liked: Among different options this is the best for my needs.Clean, great staff, specially receptionist and Jose in restaurant. The rooms are good but small though.The restaurant in terrace is in remodelation.
Disliked: The price for parking $45 daily

Liked: Richard was amazing. He works in valet!
Disliked: The hotel unfortunately is dated and is in serious need of a renovation. I stay at so many St Regis properties and this one is not up to the standards.
