Liked: Staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Air conditioners were incredibly loud and extremely difficult to control. First room I had the compressor broke so it was very hot. Staff, to their credit, immediately got me a new room. But that room's AC,, while working, was incredibly loud and would switch on an off all night to cool, then get hot, cool then get hot. Each time it started up was so loud it could wake you up. While the the appearance of the lobby and restaurant is nice, it is clear it was a cosmetic renovation and that the underlying infrastructure of the hotel (lifts, AC, etc) is still quite old and really needs to be upgraded. Could be a great hotel with significant investment.

Fabulous hotel in easy reach...

Liked: Very comfortable rooms and location was excellent. We were given a room with a balcony which was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing - would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend it!

Liked: Great location, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing that i can think of.
