Liked: The fact that breakfast was not included. The proximity of the place for Topsham.
Disliked: The fact that for 3 days the toilet wasn't cleaned and tea and milk for drinks not replenished. And that for the whole stay the bed was never made and floor apparently not hoovered when room was serviced.We were disturbed by people using the fire escape exit near our room from 5.00 am onwards..a door that bangs loudly ...but did not close automatically, so security compromised ..There was also noisy early morning pre 7.00am. activity in the carpark under our window.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. We could help ourselves to fruit juices and tea and coffee. There was a choice of different options for cooked breakfast.The bed was very comfortable. There were fans available to use. Bathroom was nice and bright.
Disliked: Cost of breakfast wasn't included in the room price.The net curtains at the window in our room looked a bit grubby.
