Fantastic break

Liked: The courtesy and consideration of the staff. I felt truly welcome.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.As with many Hotels I coukd not find a socket near a mirror when drying my hair

Liked: There are many things I liked, the location and the view of the estuary were magnificent

Winter Escape

Liked: Such a friendly, welcoming team of staff. Beautiful interior with plenty of cosy nooks to enjoy. Excellent food and drink and a warm welcome for my pooch, too! The Spa experience was the best I have ever had, superb!!
Disliked: Honestly, nothing.

Loved the location,but don’t take...

Liked: This is a lovely hotel. We’ve stayed several times before but were disappointed with the room this time. Small, far too hot (even tho we turned the heating off), no air con, restricted opening on one window, the other was locked)
Disliked: Ability to cool the room down

Sunny weekend

Liked: Comfortable beds and fab location with stunning views, great breakfast and chatty manager.
Disliked: Looking a bit tired, but being closed for a few weeks for freshen up. Steep entry so hard work on walk back from Rock centre
