Comfortable but a bit pricey

Liked: Nice room, very clean and comfortable, although wasn’t in the main house - felt a little like being in a motel as you were right next to the beer garden. Lovely old pub and nice atmosphere. Staff were more than polite and friendly and food pretty good in the pub
Disliked: Not being in the main property and being next to the beer garden. Was quite expensive for the night with no breakfast included

A very comfy stay.

Liked: Very comfy bed. Nice, clean room. Lovely hot water, good pressure from the taps and shower. Our room was located away from the pub, at the back near the beer garden, so our stay was very relaxing/peaceful. Friendly staff, we were made to feel welcome.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Traditional cosy Pub/Inn, dogs welcome, great bar service and bar food was excellent
Disliked: Room was really basic for the price £130 per night (room only) compared to other places similar, we thought it would stand out as being really special based on the price.Bed had no headboard so pillows not supported Tea and coffee really basic
