Great location, comfortable lodging and...

Liked: Centrally located for exploring Kent, lovely dining room, bar, beer garden. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a plus.

Lovely pub in Worth

Liked: The family room is very spacious, bed comfy,large bathroom, great staff, excellent cooked breakfast, we enjoyed our stayAn old English pub with a great history in the lovely village of Worth, close to both Deal and Sandwich ,good parking
Disliked: Restaurant isn't open Monday or Tuesdays but there's are some nice ones close by with very good food open on those nights Old pubs have stairs, not too many, but not for anyone who has a bit of trouble with mobilization Ensuite has a shower over the bath,can be a bit tricky to get in and out, could do with a grab rail ..but otherwise it was excellent

Overnight stay

Liked: Lovely building in a beautiful location.Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with a very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The door to the bathroom in room 3 should be replaced. It is a noisy rickety sliding door, which will wake your partner up if anyone needs the loo in the night. The breakfast menu needs to be changed as £12 for each choice is a bit much. £12 is OK for full English, but not a bacon sandwich or the cereal option. Also, only one tea or coffee per person at breakfast isn't necessarily enough. It would be better to put a pot of tea on the table for 2 people so that a refil is available if required. There are still only 2 teabags, so there is no additional cost. These were the only 2 issues in what was a very nice visit.
