I will stay again here...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Special mention is Stefan at the reception who was immensely kind and generous with his time when I needed advice and info re my trip.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff every hotel should...

Liked: We arrived quite late at the airport, about 21:00 and booked a room only after landing. When we arrived at the hotel about an hour later we learned that we had just managed to place our reservation 2 minutes before they closed their bookings because they were fully booked. So no room for us. Good thing, they already arrange a room at same price and conditions with a partnering hotel of same or superior quality about 5 minutes walk across the street. When we got there, their staff was already informed and welcomed us warmly.So thumbs up to the staff for solving this situation to our full satisfaction even before we arrived and being very sorry about the circumstances it caused for us. Which weren't really any apart from a nice 5 minutes walk :)

Would thoroughly recommend to friends...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful and good quality with an abundant selection.Location could not have been better for our needs.
Disliked: The outside facade of the hotel does not do the hotel justice in our opinion..but it is SQUARE!

Lovely hotel let down by...

Liked: Great central location and good breakfast. Shampoo, shower gel, etc. are in plentiful supply and are good quality
Disliked: Room cleaning isn't automatic and must be requested 24hrs beforehand. This failed to happen on the 3rd day of our trip. Tea and coffee supplies in the room are very frugal, allowing one cup of coffee per person and with only powdered creamer rather than milk for tea. Extra supplies were provided upon request

Liked: The location was perfect. The male staff member we interacted with was wonderful.
Disliked: The room was very small. We had asked for two beds but our room had only one. We had to wait while the bed was separated and two beds were made up.
