Liked: Rooms very clean and updated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating
Disliked: Water pressure wasn’t the best and hot water finicky.

We came for a long...

Liked: Bed very comfortable. Good room size. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: Breakfast just okay but enough choices. Need a few more chairs for eating area.

A gem!

Liked: The place was VERY clean. It was also very quiet even though there were a number of other guests there. We had stayed in two other places on this trip and by far the room at Springwater was the largest. The bathroom was bright. I especially liked the light-up mirror . I also appreciated the shower gel, shampoo and soap dispensers attached to the shower wall and hand soap and lotion dispensers at the sink. We had two queen beds that were very comfortable. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful when giving a restaurant suggestion which turned out to be delicious (The Antlers right down the road). The continental breakfast provided severaloptions. The coffee was fresh brewed and better (stronger) than the big chain places we had stayed. We were also VERY pleased with the cost of the room. If ever we travel that way again I would definitely return to The Springwater Inn

Liked: The Springwater Inn is a rehabbed motel property just outside of Ithaca that is exceptionally nice and well done. It appears to be family owned and not a big chain. Our room was a great size and comfortable. Water pressure was great. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Good continental breakfast.
