Beautiful and comfortable inn.

Liked: The location, across the road from Saratoga Race Course. Breakfast is awesome. Their signature scent in bath items. Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: No in room microwave or coffee maker. I need to go to the lobby for hot water for tea.

Perfect inn in Saratoga Springs

Liked: Springwater was exceptional all the way around. The breakfasts were not only very good, but the way they were served was great. Our room was lovely with great closet space and all the amenities you could ask for. Parking was adequate and convenient. Excellent location for us because we had a dinner at the museum a few steps away, and a little surprise extra was the lovely little tavern adjoining it.

Excellent breakfast in lovely rooms...

Liked: Beautiful breakfast by the fire. Pleasant accommodations with plenty of space. Great layout.
Disliked: Great location as far as convenience.Its “parking lot” location was a bit of a disappointment.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast with...

Liked: We loved the comfort of the home. The breakfast was amazing and the room was everything we wanted. I loved the jet tub. The pictures they post are not at all deceiving. It's the perfect place. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here. It was lovely. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comforting, clean and friendly environment.
Disliked: The only thing that we disliked was the parking, which obviously there's nothing that can be done about that because of the property.

saratoga is a fun place...

Liked: we loved the little balcony! the staff was very accommodating and friendly. the breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend Springwater Bed and Breakfast and will go back again.
Disliked: nothing. everything met our expectations!

Great place for a getaway....

Liked: Very good location, short drive to Saratoga Hilton and other locations in Saratoga. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom, nice eating area and the food was phenomenal!
Disliked: Bed was a bit too firm.
