Disliked: Weren't told about the fiddly key to the main door.Having to fill in a question from before given the key.Didn't have the breakfast as time was too early and not flexible for people who like a wee lie in

Liked: Location was great friendly staff and clean room. Owner was very helpful.
Disliked: Squeaky floors so could hear everything and too many stairs to the family room with lots of bags, 9 year old and 1 year old. Also was difficult not being allowed to check in till 4 would have been better an earlier check in

Liked: Very clean, nice, cosy hotel in the middle of Jedburgh. The staff is very polite and helpful. English breakfast
Disliked: The jacuzzi shower jets were mouldy and should be properly cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: We were travelling from Dorset for a family wedding, we unfortunately broke down an hour from hotel and were unable to make last check in time, Abdul allowed our brother whom he knew to collect our key to give to us as we didn't get to hotel til 3.15 am, lovely breakfast was served each morning, clean towels put in room every day, location was close to our brother and the Abbey where they were getting married, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
Disliked: There was nothing, we enjoyed it.
