Liked: The location right off the boardwalk was great. The staff were all great. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Lots of pillow options. The room was very clean. The restaurant downstairs was great and convenient.
Disliked: The location was great although I was disappointed because I couldn't actually hear the waves crashing while on the balcony and that was one of the main things I was looking forward to. It is in no way the hotel's fault but the sound of the A/C drowned out the ocean sounds. The pool was very nice but the water was cloudy so I wondered if it needed more chemicals. Also, there is a sign that says not floats or mats but there was a family with large tubes and floats and no one made them get them out of the pool.
