Wonderful warm Scottish hospitality.
Liked: Friendly helpful staff, quiet and convenient location. Great facilities for our dog who was made very welcome. The restaurant food was delicious, good menu and wine list. Service excellent.

Great hotel
Liked: Very nice hotel near the centre of Grantown on Spey Good car parking Very large comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast and dinner with large choice on menu Well stocked bar which opened from 4pm. Small outside area. Friendly staff without being obtrusive. Lovely toiletries-Highland Soap Company
Disliked: Some of the fixtures will need updating soon such as bedroom door but, not a problem

Disliked: The shower was not working well. Either too cold or too hot.In general the hotel is a bit dated.

Fine relaxing break, excellent breakfast,...
Liked: Hotel facilities and staff excellent. Location just right for the quiet and relaxing few days we wanted. All facilities, shops, cafes, etc within walking distance from hotel and very good walks in Grantown Woods right down to Riber Spey.
Disliked: Room was clean but layout could have been better - tv was on wall at side of bed and only one armchair in room for 2 people.
