Nice, enjoyable stay for a...

Liked: Location ideal for concert at 3Arena. Triple room good size, quiet room, no street noise, bed comfortable. Breakfast nice.
Disliked: Service at dinner and breakfast could have been better. It was slow.

Great venue for concert in...

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel fab decor , gorgeous bedrooms with spacious bathrooms
Disliked: So this hotel is situated near the 3 arena where we attended a concert . When we got back to the packed hotel after the concert it was virtually impossible to get a drink at the bar the staff were totally incompetent not a clue no idea how to serve customers. As a person who ran a business for years I cannot understand why the hotel wasn’t more prepared for a crowd to decent after a concert. I’m certain this happens regularly!! Another issue I have is €248 for just the bed PLUS €100 deposit… absolutely no need for that !!That’s my complaint
