Good location and city. Would...

Liked: Location is great. 15min walk into town along river. Room was a good size (suite with balcony), but hotel is a little old. Lift was out the entire time we were here. Gym is great for a hotel.
Disliked: Staff were not helpful. Can’t make calls from rooms outside hotel, need to go through front desk and they didn’t all know how to do this (had a lost bag I needed to chase with airline). We are vegan and the staff had little ideas on how to help with making meals work (we are flexible and they had vegetable and tofu, but seemed too hard).
