Liked: The location
Disliked: The superficiality of the staff, this a 3 stars disguised by a 5 stars. Breakfast was 1 hour late, cold and poor looking.

Perfect stay

Liked: The hotel experience was exceptional. The service was superb. We quickly got spoiled. The hotel is within walking distance to many sites and many restaurants.
Disliked: There isn't one thing that I would suggest to change. It was just a perfect place to stay.

Fantastic stay, will be back!

Liked: Every positive review we read about this hotel was spot on! Gorgeous hotel, winning location, fantastic breakfast, super clean, friendly and helpful staff. We absolutely LOVED it!
Disliked: The only thing I could think of, is that I wish we were told the cost for the parking, we were just asked if we wanted to valet, but were not presented with the daily cost.

Liked: Everything. The team on reception, the doorman, chuck our butler and the bar team
Disliked: No mint julep to drink

Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: the hotel is lovely, great location easy walking to attractions. The room are big and the amenities were great.
Disliked: You have snacks in the room along with drinks in the frig, coke, water coffee and an espresso machine. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, we were on the 1st floor and it was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating, we ordered breakfast which is either delivered to your room or you can eat it downstairs in the bar area.
