Luxury hotel a great place...

Liked: Great location in the Historic District, exceptional service with personal Butler. Enjoyed the in room included breakfast and the cool Speakeasy style bar in the lobby.
Disliked: A little close to the tourist crowd at the City Market but you are tucked away on a side street.

Exceptional staff, perfect location, 10/10

Liked: The location was excellent, in fact we were able to walk everywhere from our hotel. What we liked the most was the staff- from the receptionist, butler, housekeeping, wait staff, they were just wonderful! Everyone was authentic, kind, and we really felt the Southern hospitality.
Disliked: The gym in the adjacent hotel could use an upgrade.
