Liked: Beautiful location The room we had the first night was clean and roomy with an ocean view. Just glorious. The staff was excellent. The pool refreshing. Excellent all around. Highest points!!
Disliked: The room we had the second night had a bad chemical smell. Carpets cleaned chemically perhaps, but the room not aired out at all…

Liked: Property is very well located in Ogunquit just by the walk and maybe 10 mins away from our favorite spot for the beach area
Disliked: breakfast could have a little more options for things in general. I believe it was very simple for a advertised "continental breakfast"

Liked: Ocean front room was excellent and location can't be beat! We originally booked an ocean view room, but upon check-in, my husband asked the staff at the desk if any ocean front rooms were available, and there was one open that he moved us to at no additional cost. Excellent service and facilities. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, beach about 10 minute walk with kids, great view of the ocean, and located on Marginal Way cliff walk. Would definitely stay here again!
