Liked: Nice size room with separate sitting area with table and chairs. Kitchenette with refrigerator and stove. Easy walk to beach. We'll maintained grounds. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Bed was okay, but I have slept in more comfortable ones.Couldn't get water to run hot in bathroom sink, but was fine in shower. A bit removed from shopping areas (but walkable depending on your comfort level with walking).

Liked: Excellent location. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Spacious apartment-like room with new split system HVAC!

Liked: Liked having an little apartment instead of just a room
Disliked: I'm sure it was an accident, but our room door was wide open for many hours (from housekeeping) and all of our things could have been stolen. We came back to our room to see our door completely open.

Liked: Location close to the beach and to the city center. Calm and silent during the night.
Disliked: Bathroom facilities were too old. Found few ants in the bed linen and on the floor of the bedroom. Floor was dusty and dirty. Considering the price I was expecting much more as well for the cleanliness.
