Fun place to stay.

Liked: Check in was smooth. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooftop pool was nice. We enjoyed the outside area overlooking the city. Very pretty views.
Disliked: The bookcase divider in the middle between the beds was kind of strange. We thought the window into the shower was kind of weird, but we were all family so had a good laugh about it. Parking is not free there. Had to pay $40 to park outside. It was cheaper to park in the parking garage at $20 but there was no room in it.

Great location, property needs some...

Liked: Nice to just walk upstairs after dinner.
Disliked: The temperature was difficult to dial in in the room, and the sofa and rug were very dirty.

It was a great stay...

Liked: Great vibe! All the different restaurants, cool large lobby, much more interesting public spaces than the most hotels. Perfect for our large family holiday gathering.
Disliked: Rooms are (intentionally I am guessing) basic. Could have just a little more comfort…like a comfortable chair or a few more rugs to offset the (cold) cement floors. A few more amenities in the bathroom would be nice as well. While I like the contemporary minimalist/industrial look, the rooms felt “cold”.

Liked: it’s not far from the hotel and other areas
Disliked: the staff wasn’t helpful; the decoration feels sparse and cheap; the blinds are broken and we ran out of hot water in the morning; the parking (which is extra) had issues multiple times so we couldn’t get out with the pass provided; the daily $15 credit they provided doesn’t cover the mini bar which they never specified. overall a bad experience, definitely not a 4 star hotel.
