Bad

Disliked: The door had to be opened by staff manually ever time we had to get in. Apparently the batteries on the lock did not work and staff told us to keep the door open by proping it so we didnt have to call them everytime. Very unsafe. No hot water. No phone in the room to call front desk. The microwave was very dirty and the fridge didnt close right. The manager was super rude and told us that "well u shoulda stayed at a different hotel if u were not satisfied" I wouldn't even give this hotel a 1 star. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Liked: Great location near the airport. Head to nearby restaurant Los Bandidos De Carlos & Mickey's to get solid Tex-Mex and BIG margaritas! We also went dancing at the Texas Stagecoach Saloon and had a great time.
Disliked: refrigerator didn't work, hair dryer didn't work.

Liked: dirty floors. towels with black curly coarse hairs. when asking for replacement staff was rude. in a nice way but still rude. most breakfast items bland and not right. waffles okay. really disgusting and dirty under the bed. trash in bathroom floor from before arriving. bad air. quiet and overall ok stay. only spanish channels. they give me messed up rooms everywhere though. its a constant problem. im sure for reason. carpets full of black stuff. checkout smooth ... no one around. noisy. purposeful. We Can Hear. shower smelled like pee. bathroom maybe but only when showering. not my pee. u know ur smell right. someone acting like an animal marking their "place" if ur looking for somewhere to sleep ok. good place.
