Liked: The Social Hub Madrid truly combines style, comfort, and a unique social vibe. As a 4-star hotel, it delivers quality in both service and design. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out were the common areas, the rooftop, the gym, the co-working spaces, all beautifully designed and full of life. Staff were friendly and professional. It's a perfect choice for travelers who want more than just a room, they want a full experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Liked: Our room was super clean.Great social spaces, there was Ping pong, a pool (very chilly, but refreshing on a hot day) and playstation. Location great. 15-20 mins walk from centre and 10 mins walk from palace/cathedral. We stayed on the 5th floor in the 4* hotel side and didn't have any noise, which is something that concerned me based on other reviews. Will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Reception queues can be long. There was always a long wait. The food in the restaurant was not brilliant.

Liked: Great vibe, nice location, friendly staff, I appreciated options with cafe & restaurant. While I lived on the same floor with restaurant it was not noizy at all.
Disliked: AC Fan & fridge in the rooom were qute loud as always in the hotels. Not sure if its even possible to fix
