Comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel felt lively and was aiming for a fun vibe. The bar area is great. It was very secure and great to be able to use baggage storage. The bed was really comfy. WiFi worked well. Convenient access to metro but having stayed one stop up in Alexanderplatz before, I’d have preferred to be in that location.
Disliked: I’d asked for a room near my family member but checkin was so quick by the staff member and automated on screens that I had no chance to bring it up (despite having made the request in advance of my stay) and I was allocated a completely different floor. Our cards couldn’t even access each other’s floor so a bit inconvenient. The hotel was good but the room felt a bit basic and small (despite having supposedly been upgraded at booking). My family member had a much larger room with a balcony so I felt I’d been given a poorer room and probably paid slightly more a night, so this felt a bit annoying. For 2 nights it wasn’t worth complaining. Also, the highly perfumed soap, despite smelling amazing, made my hands so very sore and dry, I had to stop using it. I really wish they topped up the water bottles every day as it would be useful to be able to take out while exploring Berlin.

Disliked: The money was stolen from my wallet buy cleaning lady and personal did not tried to help.The rooms are not clean.The iron is dirty and damaged my white shirt before improtant meeting.I ve told to change or clean the iron to personell, but in two days nothing have changed
