Snug is a cozy place...

Liked: The location is excellent and for a good price. The satff was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were clean and cute but a little tight. However, being called "Snug" it wasn't anthing we didn't expect.

Liked: Great stay in a snug place:). Location is central in the midst of all pub's. We had a very quiet room. Snug is the key word, but the room offered everything we needed. Would stay again !!

Amazing stay in the heart...

Liked: Amazing little room in the PERFECT spot! Honestly you couldn't find a better location to stay if you want to be near the hussle and bustle, which is the draw card of Galway anyways! Room was small but great sized for two people. There was a TV and the other amenities were great too, shower was perfect. It also wasn't very loud at night even though you're in the heart of the town. There is a car park right next door that you can get a discounted rate for, this was really helpful.
Disliked: It wasn't a problem for us but it's worth noting there was no lift for luggage, so we had to carry our suitcases to the top floor. However, there may be other options for those with mobility issues - staff helping etc :)

Liked: The location is excellent, it’s really clean and the staff are lovely
Disliked: This would have been a 10/10 only for the emergency lights are so bright so you can’t sleep if you’re on the first floor of the duplex. They need to move the lights or add a curtain around the bed. The noise from the street is loud too with pubs moving kegs.

Liked: The property seems to be well designed, combining a few historic buildings together (townhouses).
Disliked: Room had NO window which was NOT disclosed when I booked it. In fact, pictures would show a room with a window (which means rooms are rated equally). And regardless the situation with window, you would still hear music coming from the bars downstairs at night.

Birthday Trip Stay

Liked: This was the second time I've stayed at the Snug and the location is my #1 reason for picking this location. But of course the amenities, staff and AC added much to stay, I highly recommend this property!
