Disliked: The "deluxe" cozy room was tiny. We were told the location right on street was quiet. It was extremely noisy till 4 a.m.even with earplugs.

Disliked: No written information about the presence/absence of windows in some rooms - some people don't mind, some people may be claustrophobic. The potential customers should be explicitly informed that the type of room they intend to book have no windows - most people usually assume that the bedrooms have windows; therefore they don't search for windows in the pictures. The customers should be offered the possibility to opt for a room with/without windows.

Liked: Location was excellent. Rooms were tidy and well laid out. We were concerned about noise from the street, but pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear a thing once in our room.

Liked: The location was great and I didn't mind how small the rooms were.
Disliked: They did not properly clean my room any night. A mug I used the first night had lip stains on it and was never replaced and bits of dirt were left on the floor as well. My sheets did not get replaced the last night when they were visibly dirty from a spill. When I complained that day they just gave me sheets for me to make my bed myself. When I complained the next day the staff were nasty and first said I must have left something on the bed so they couldn't change it. Then I said no they did make the bed up they just didn't change the sheets (or the mug or vacuum the floor) and then they said well they don't always do those things. I said I had never heard of that in a hotel and they said it was standard. It was horrible to treated like I was the problem when clearly their cleaning staff didn't care about cleaning my room.
