Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We imidiately felt welcomed. The room was very cleen and nicely designed.

Liked: Great hotel in a perfect location not far from the train station
Disliked: The room is some what small but was not a issue for it as I was a solo traveler

Lovely stay in new and...

Liked: We stayed in one of the Snug rooms! It was small but the pictures matched perfectly. Everything was new and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfy. The location of the place is incredibly convenient because it's very central, but do be aware that it's right in the middle of the bars. Nevertheless, since our room was towards the end of the building, we hardly heard a thing (nothing on Friday, we heard the bass on Saturday but honestly it was very manageable). They even offer ear plugs but we did not need him. For sure would return if I ever go back to Galway!
Disliked: Nothing, it matched my expectations.

Liked: Great location. Perfect for first time visit to Galway as tourists. Very clean, very hip. Just walk out the front door and everything is there.
Disliked: The only thing I wish they had, ....mmmm somewhere to hang your bathtowel.

Liked: Amazing location and super kind and helpful staff who gave great recommendations
Disliked: I was kept up all night my the sound of my neighbors’ conversations. Walls could not be thinner. Room was tiny but clean.
