Hotel Description
The Slipway is a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1527 and is located opposite Port Isaac harbor. It features adults-only B&B accommodations with Restaurant & Bar on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace. All of the bedrooms have small private bathrooms and some have panoramic sea views of Port Isaac harbor. Two rooms feature village views. The loft suite feature a king-size bed and small living area and a bathroom with a bathtub. The Restaurant specializes in local seafood has also a selection of non-seafood vegetarian options are available and variety of drinks. It also serves Cornish cream teas and a range of scones cakes and homemade sandwiches. Please check opening times as these may vary and some days Restaurant & Bar will be closed in season. The restaurant will be shut from Nov 2022 till Mar 2023. Breakfast only will be served (orange or apple juice and coffee and tea) no dinners or lunches and any drinks will be available from the bar if not pre-booked in advance and in closed bottles. Please note there are no parking facilities by the B&B you are welcome to drop off your luggage Tuesday- Saturday only two public car parks are available in Port Isaac. The walk from and to the car park might take anything between 5-20minutes depending on physical stamina and might be difficult for older and disabled people. In summer check-in time is strictly between 4pm and 6pm. Earlier check-in or luggage drop off requests will not be accommodated on Sundays and Mondays due to Restaurant closure on these days. Breakfast is included in the price and provided between 8.30am and 9.30am. Check-out 10am. Tintagel Castle is 10.2 miles away and Newquay Cornwall Airport is 21 miles away.

Met every dream I had.

Liked: It was a wonderful 2 days and nights. I slept well, drank well & ate very well. Service was great & friendly people. Only downside was the internet did not work. Something about BT problem being fixed. Still a epic stay and Port Isaac turned on a sunny Sunday too.

Perfect place - all around...

Liked: Loved the 500 year old building and location was superb but the owners and staff made it a perfect vacay. Stephen & Donna went above and beyond. Will definitely come back.

Very friendly little hotel

Liked: This is a great little hotel right in the heart of Port Isaac. We stayed so that we could have dinner at Fish Kitchen nearby. The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating when I wanted to switch rooms. We didn't eat at the hotel but the food, as we passed through, looked fantastic.
