Decent place but a few...

Liked: Bedding was crisp & clean.Issue with Wi fi was quickly sorted by lad in the bar.Reasonable selection of cereal,tea & coffee Small fridge & kettle provided
Disliked: On arrival we were told we were a day early- we weren't.Booking.com were blamed for this- something we've never encountered before.Had to have a different room because of this,which was up windy,awkward stairs.Attic room so obviously restricted head height but not a major issue.Nice big bathroom but not as clean as it could have been.Claims about sound proofed rooms were wide of the mark,we could clearly hear conversations & TV late at night and very early in the morning.Light on stairwell was permanently on & no door to block it.We went to the bar but were put off by the barman vaping & the vulgar conversations between him & the people in the bar.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Recently decorated, clean, comfortable and really helpful staff. Had an issue with a neighbouring guest in terms of noise. This was dealt with by the staff in a responsive and professional manner.
Disliked: Sound proofing

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Perfect location for a wedding we attended in the local area. Nice bar downstairs, plenty of of shops and restaurants very close by.The rooms were very comfortable, clean with a nice bathroom. Also cereals and drinks provided in the room. Can’t fault it

Liked: The staff are great and check-in/out is simple.Almost always free parking close by.Bar prices are very good and it is convenient for Enfield Town and close to numerous food options.Always a pleasure.
