Nice, but not worth a...

Liked: Bar was lovely, as were the staff
Disliked: TV couldn't connect to Wifi despite it being "smart". Told the bartender couldn't make me a JD and coke because he wasn't spirit trained. Hairdryer stopped working halfway through usage.

Good

Liked: The room was very spacious
Disliked: The room was boiling hot with no AC, and the windows barely opened, which was quite frustrating. Also, I believe the bed was actually just two single beds pushed together—you could feel the gap between the mattresses, which made it uncomfortable.

Liked: nice clean room with lift,friendly staff and very good breakfast
Disliked: 50pound deposit is not good when you are a pensioner and have to wait 8 weeks to get money back.

Short stay in Liverpool

Liked: Good location, friendly staff & decent breakfast offerings each day.Short journey to station, plus around to other main locations.
Disliked: Bed & pillows not very comfy. Very warm room, but couldn't keep windows open at night due to noise from streets.

Beds were comfortable, location was...

Liked: The bed.
Disliked: The room layout was a bit strange. Room was missing bits like shampoo, shower caps, a telephone in the room. Wasn't any air conditioning so the room was very warm for our stay. We did request a fan, which we did receive. Beds were too close. Breakfast was bit odd, every day was different. Tuesday was just traditional breakfast, Wednesday and Thursday was Buffet of Traditional and then Friday was Menu ordering.Hotel was booked out while we stayed, didn't see many other guests and just a dead quiet restaurant every time we returned to our room. Which is sad to see. Staff were lovely any time we spoke to them.
