Perfect one night stay

We would never stay there...

Liked: Only the location!
Disliked: After the deadline for cancellation we were sent a message to say that they would take a £50 holding deposit on top of our stay price which we wouldn’t get back until they checked the room for damage. We will not get this back for around 10 days. We would have cancelled if we had known this beforehand.The room was very small and overlooked a main crossroad. Very, very noisy all night. Window was open and wouldn’t close. Very, very hot in the room. No fan. Bed so uncomfortable.No mirror in the bedroom, so no way to style your hair.Breakfast appalling. Everything was lukewarm on the “hot” buffet. Coffee was served in a flask dispenser and was cold.

Liked: location great for us , as we like to be in the cavern area .Room clean and tidy ,Breakfast good

Liked: Location, Breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Very jaded with dour colour scheme. Quite a bit of dust in rooms.
