Liked: It was a lovely hotel, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The shower screens weren’t long enough as the floor was flooded each time we showered. There was no-one to check us in, we wandered around the restaurant and eventually found someone in the kitchen. Staffing was disorganised at breakfast. The second morning it was slightly better.

Liked: The location and staff were great. Lovely hotel.
Disliked: The Internet wasn't working properly when we arrived. It had gone down but came back a few hours later.We went for breakfast 10.30am and there wasn't much choice left. I asked for more fruit but as told they didn't have any left. There weren't any yogurts left either.The toaster wasn't very good as you had to switch it on yourself ( no instructions to tell me this) then stand to keep checking if it was cooked enough.I was shocked when we first arrived at the hotel as the bar and reception area were very clean but when I went downstairs to the ladies toilets the stairs leading down were very dirty and didn't look like they'd been Hoover and cleaned for a long time.
