Beachfront Bliss with Live Music Just Minutes Away

Modern, coastal-chic, and right on the sand—The Singer Oceanfront Resort Curio Collection by Hilton blends laid-back luxury with a prime location near West Palm Beach’s top concert venues. Set along a private stretch of Riviera Beach, this resort is made for music lovers who want both excitement and relaxation. With ocean views, on-site dining, and easy access to nightlife and cultural hotspots, it's a solid choice for your next concert getaway.

Why Concert-goers love it

You're only a short drive from West Palm Beach’s top music venues and nightlife, including Clematis Street’s club scene. After the encore, come back to a peaceful room away from downtown noise. With a 4:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out, there’s time to settle in and sleep in. Plus, late-night bites and beachfront bars mean the party doesn’t have to stop when the show ends.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends who want space to hang out post-show
  • Solo travelers catching that once-in-a-lifetime tour
  • Couples making a full weekend of music and beach time
  • Fans seeking quiet after a high-energy night
  • Budget-conscious travelers sharing rooms and making the most of amenities

Food and Drink Options

Fuel up before or after the show at three diverse dining spots: Caretta Caretta serves regional coastal fare with ocean views, Top Shell is your go-to for beachfront cocktails, and The Market offers quick grab-and-go eats. While there’s no 24/7 room service, late-night snacking is easy with the on-site options. Morning-after brunch vibes? Breakfast is available to help you recover in style.

Nightlife Options

Clematis Street is just a short ride away, packed with bars, clubs, and live music venues. Prefer to keep it low-key? Sip a craft cocktail at Top Shell while watching the surf roll in. While the hotel doesn’t host live music itself, the local scene is easily accessible.

What People Say

Guests rave about the oceanfront views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Many call out the relaxing atmosphere, convenient location to West Palm Beach attractions, and the quality of on-site dining. It’s described as a “perfect mix of beach and city access.”

Areas for Improvement

Parking fees have been mentioned by some guests, and while the resort vibe is relaxing, those looking for all-night action on-site may need to venture into town. A few reviews suggest the décor is more classic than contemporary.

The Bottom Line

For concert-goers craving a beachside escape with quick access to West Palm Beach’s music scene, The Singer Oceanfront Resort hits all the right notes.

Liked: Avoid this hotel at all costs — worst experience in 15+ years of global travelI’ve been a frequent traveler for over 15 years, both for work and with my family. As a Genius Level 3 member, I use Booking regularly and stay in hotels at least once a week around the world. Never in all these years have I left a negative review — even in complicated situations, hotel staff have always found ways to resolve issues professionally and respectfully.Unfortunately, this hotel was an absolute exception — and I’m writing this review to warn other travelers: staying here may completely ruin your trip.Poor communication before arrivalI emailed the hotel on Thursday asking for a baby crib. On Friday, I received a reply saying the responsible staff member was on vacation and was given another email address. I emailed that address as well — and never received any response. This already raised red flags.Check-in chaosWe arrived early on Saturday around 2:00 PM (check-in starts at 4:00 PM), traveling with two small children. I reconfirmed our need for a crib and asked if we could be checked in early if the room became available. The front desk promised to call once the room was ready — they never did.Eventually, I returned myself and was told the room was ready. However, upon entering it, I was shocked to see that the “Ocean View” room I had paid extra for had a direct view of industrial HVAC and ventilation systems. I’ve attached photos to show the reality.Management response — indifferent and disrespectfulI returned to reception and was passed between several staff members before finally speaking to the manager. Despite check-in only just beginning and rooms still becoming available, he flatly told me that nothing could be done and that all rooms were taken.
Disliked: When I showed him photos and explained that this clearly wasn’t an Ocean View room, he said: “You booked via Booking.com, not Hilton directly — take your concerns to them.” When I asked him to come up to the room When I asked him to come up to the room and see for himself, he refused. Then, with a sarcastic tone, he added: “If you step out onto the balcony and lean to the right, you’ll see the ocean — that counts as an Ocean View.”The room itself — uncomfortable and unacceptableSmelled heavily of cigarettes — the room was clearly smoked in.Dirty and stained furniture — especially the chair. No baby crib was ever delivered, despite multiple follow-ups.Requested toiletry kits (toothbrushes, toothpaste) were never brought — I had to go down and collect them myself.Air conditioning sounded like a helicopter — loud, constant, and unbearable. Maintenance came four or five times, then gave up, saying nothing could be done.Only around 10:00 PM, after multiple pleas, a staff member named John finally stepped up. He found another room for us, helped us move, and showed real care. He was the only person in this hotel who showed any professionalism — thank you, John.Safety and respect — lacking even on the beachLater, we went to the beach with the kids. We left our belongings (including money and credit cards) on a designated hotel beach table. Within 10 minutes, staff threw everything in the sand without asking — because they were “clearing the area.” No warning, no respect — just scattered our personal items in the dirt with zero regard.Final thoughtsThis hotel fails at every level — management, service, cleanliness, communication, and basic hospitality. I’ve never had to write a negative review, but I feel a responsibility to warn other travelers not to repeat our mistake. What should have been a relaxing weekend with our children turned into a completely ruined experience. Please — do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Disliked: ServiceI stayed at this hotel over the weekend and wanted to share my experience. The facilities are beautiful and everything is very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the level of service is far below what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price—I paid $340 for one night, and the experience simply did not match the cost. From the moment we arrived, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. I got to the hotel at 1:00 p.m. knowing that check-in wasn’t until 4:00, but in most hotels I’ve stayed at, they allow you to check in early and notify you when the room is ready while you enjoy the amenities. As soon as I approached the front desk, the woman asked, “Are you here to check out?” I said no, I’m checking in, and she responded (without any warmth) that check-in is at 4. I told her I was aware but that I wanted to register and wait, and she simply said, “Oh yes, go in,” in a very unfriendly tone.I asked where to park, and instead of giving clear directions, she just said, “Outside,” assuming I would know where. When I asked for clarification, she vaguely pointed and said, “Out there.” In other hotels, even less expensive ones, staff usually offer a map and explain where to go.Later on, I requested towels and waited around 20 minutes before having to go to the front desk myself to get them. At night, my daughter wanted a snack, but the store was closed. I was surprised—most hotels have a small 24-hour convenience shop for basic needs, but not this one. It was 10 p.m., and there was nowhere to get anything. There was also no conditioner in my room. I called to request it, and it took more than an hour for someone to bring it up.Another disappointing moment: my husband went to get ice cream for our kids. The sign clearly said $4 per ice cream, but they charged him $14 for just two. When he pointed it out, they coldly replied, “That’s an old sign, the price has changed.
