A nice place but some...

Liked: Lovely Art Deco details. Courteous, delightful staff. Comfortable, clean bed and very nice shower.
Disliked: It was impossible to briefly park for a check in. All parking is $50 valet service. The number of digital devices in the room was spooky and unnerving.

Liked: The location is great and the hotel is beautiful.
Disliked: The rooftop bar was closed for renovation. We will have to go back when it reopens.

Liked: The place was amazing, great bar and restaurant. The room was beautiful and the staff from valet to front desk to bar and wait staff were top notch.

Disliked: I had called to ask for batteries as the remote control didn’t have any . Called once and went to lobby after phone didn’t get any results. Had to go to CVS around the corners and buy my own batteries. 3 hours later someone showed up with batteries

Gorgeous hotel with just a...

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating. Amazing staff! When booking my reservation, I booked one king, and One double queen room. Upon Arrival, we were put in two king rooms. When I mentioned to the front desk that I thought I had booked double queen, they mentioned that it was probably Unavailability issue, but they quickly made the accommodation.
Disliked: The updated shower and mirror were cool and cutting edge, practically needed an owner’s manual to operate. While taking a shower, I had soap on my face and it cut off mid-shower. It did that multiple times and I never could figure out why. It also never got up to the temperate I had it set to. I love technology, but this was a fail for me. My kids thought it was cool though. I did love the different lighting / shade settings in the bedroom area though, except the roller shade was broken.

Disliked: The room was luxurious, elegant, and beautiful. The views were amazing and we loved the design. The King bedrooms were overbooked, but we were given two Queens. Slightly disappointing as it was our wedding night, but the complimentary champagne softened the blow. Only other negative was that the shower only reached a certain temperature before plateauing. Honestly, it was only lukewarm. Overall, we wished we had stayed longer!
