Liked: Staff, cleanliness and quality of the room were well above average. The best hotel we have stayed at in many years. Beds were incredibly comfy. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. Room was quiet and extremely well appointed; this, despite families and school kids staying in the same place. You couldn't tell at all once in the room. Allowed us to get the rest we badly needed. A real treat.
Disliked: The elevator didn't work briefly for us, but staff responded to our call about it literally in less than a minute.

Disliked: Gym was basic, could use more free weights,no 15 lbs hitch is odd? mats, very dark in there at night. Towels in room were small. Pillows in bed were very small and not full.
