Lovely hotel, room needs updating

Liked: The staff were brilliant, lovely bar. Very close to town centre.
Disliked: Bathroom was dated, no hot water in the sink.

Liked: The welcome from Nickolas was very friendly and chatting to him was a great easy to know what was available in Leek, he explained everything to us and then showed us to our room

Liked: Really nice welcome and central for center. Lovely bar.
Disliked: We were allocated a room at the front which because no double glazing was like sleeping outside (very noisy) so didn't gey any sleep. The person in the room next door also put the tv on at 6am very loud. The pillows were cheap and lumpy, we also didn't have a shower due to the state of the shower head.

Liked: Great central location.Room had a fridge and microwave which were very useful.
Disliked: One of lamps in bedroom didn't work; soap dispenser needed filling - small details needed checking. Once pointed out everything sorted quickly. Helpful, friendly hosts.
