The Signature at MGM Grand - All Suites

Great hotel but needs improving.

Liked: The room was very spacious & clean. Great views from our level.
Disliked: The next door neighbours vaping marijuana every night. Our room stank up second hand fumes. Not nice.Tower 3 was too far a walk, especially for my 75 year old mother.No bin in bathroom.Should have separate bin for trash & recycle.No laundromat for washing clothes

Contaminated water that was brown...

Disliked: Brown water coming from all sinks and shower. Made and drank coffee from it (obviously didn’t notice at 3am in my coffee until we went to bath) Was moved rooms then had no warm water for two days.

Disappointed

Liked: We love staying at this place. It's always our first pick when visiting out of state. We love how spacious the one bedroom suites are. Having a kitchen to cook, is a plus. But, this visit was a disappointment.
Disliked: Didn't like that our room was not ready upon arrival. Didn't like that I was unable to have valet parking due to full capacity, the facility should be more mindful that if a guest arrives for valet parking they intend to continue with valet for their stay and should take into consideration to keep a space open for them. And finally, we didn't appreciate the 5 a.m. morning emergency alarm that startled all hotel guest.
