Good staying but the apartments...

Liked: Location is reasonably good, 10 min walking from the strip+mini walk to get out of the resort. We were in the apartments and the size of it was really good. We couldn’t use the pool but looked good. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that we could use to drink or eat if we wanted to use the kitchen. Not a single fork, knife or plate and that would have been much appreciated.

It was okay .

Liked: I like how it’s away from casino smoke and it having less traffic.
Disliked: Parking ! I had to walk so far after 2 longs nights for them to tell me parking is unavailable. I wish they would notify people about parking before driving to the gate.

Excellent for first timers to...

Liked: Location, staff, rooms, cleanliness. Towers linked to main hotel with moving walkways and direct access to stop #1 monorail. Very tidy and good value.
Disliked: Nil

Would not stay here again

Liked: The balcony was the only reason I booked the room, that was the redeeming feature.
Disliked: It took me almost three hours to get checked in. Upon arrival at 3, my reservation was not in system and they would not let me on property to enter room. Ended up going to mgm grand and had to walk to signature from self park, which is such a long walk. Finally got checked in, had to walk back to car. Drove back around, got parking pass then got to room. Was not room I thought I booked but I think that was more booking.com way the site is set up it let you look at other rooms photos so that's what I thought I booked. It was fine though and at that point I could not cancel. I went home to pick up my husband, as this was a staycation. We switched vehicles and took his car. Well big mistake, when we got back to resort they complained about us switching vehicles although I took the parking pass and put it in the car. Valet was so rude about it. Site says you can have 2-4 guests but didnt say only one vehicle per property (valet only) even though my husband was on the room. That was all smaller things, but the reason I Would NOT return is before bed we opened up drawers and they had dirty clothes, socks, and underwear. This makes me wonder how well they clean the rooms. So no, the hassle of getting to the room, parking, and the cleanliness of the room make this a no go. I'd rather book at a casino and pay for parking then deal with all that.
