Welcoming, very comfortable with excellent...

Liked: Location perfect we were on our way to Latitude festival in Suffolk. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the portions were very generous and breakfast was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean very comfortable.
Disliked: We liked everything and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The only teeny weeny thing was that the lamp was beside the sofa where there was no socket so I moved it to the dressing table, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Passable

Liked: The staff were amazing — they got in touch before my stay to ask about my check-in time and whether I’d like dinner. They were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have done more to help. The food was also good value for the price.
Disliked: the downside was the cleanliness. The bar and rooms weren’t very clean, and the whole place felt quite dated. In my room, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the overall setup was very basic.
