Liked: The bed is very comfortable.duvet is soft and fluffy. staff are friendly and attentive.breakfast is great lots to choose from.I recommend their special food. the room is clean and tidy.Location is close to wells, cheddar gorge and bath.Morrisson is just in the corner if you want to buy something.well recommended.
Disliked: The bathroom curtain needs washing. Curtain is better if its not a blind.

Liked: We have stayed in the Shrubbery before. We understand it is under new ownership. In some areas the hotel needs some maintenance, but I am sure the new owners will be working towards this. We like the hotel.
Disliked: The room was cold when we arrived, There was a small electric fire, not suitable to heat the room. However when the central heating came on the room was fine.
