Liked: Convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was cleaned but because of stained carpets and sofa it didn’t feel clean and fresh. All furniture is old.

Disliked: The room was in terrible condition. The carpet, closet, the bed are very old and not properly maintained. The AC system was outdated and did not cool properly. One simply cannot adjust the temperature. The rooms are extremely small. This is by no means a 4 stars hotel. It is ok not to be a 4 stars hotel, but being a 1 or (maybe) 2 starts hotel that advertises itself as a 4 stars one is not. Customers must have a realistic expectation on what the hotel is.

Room was disappointing

Liked: Great location with easy access to public transportation to any part of the city
Disliked: My room had a very loud window AC unit, had stayed at this hotel previously in a room, which had the built-in AC, which was much quieter. Very disappointed in this stay. Probably was given this room because I booked through booking.com
