Very good
Liked: The hotel is very well renovated and sparking clean. The elevator and the bathroom feel incredibly new and nice. The breakfast was on the the breakfast room at the base was a bit small. The staff was super nice, helpful and smiling. Perfect for a short stay, the price is very fair for London standards.
Disliked: The room is super tiny so not really recommended for a long stay. The neighborhood is super if you are into a London night out (we're a bit old for that but it was not disturbing) :)

Won’t be staying here again
Liked: The croissant was freshly baked/reheated and tasted nice. The elevator was unique and quirky - something out of an old movie but with obvious new working parts and a more modern feel.
Disliked: Where do I start? The bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, causing my right side to lose feeling, consequently I needed to change position frequently to avoid that happening again. The mattress was too firm!It was noisy. Every time someone flushed their toilet or took a shower or washed their hands, it caused noise in my own bathroom as though the tap was running in there. That happened several times during the night. More noise came from guests who came back from wherever they had been at around 2am, allowing the door to their room to slam shut. Now comes the worst part. The breakfast was limited. I wouldn’t describe their continental breakfast as its title suggests. Pastries were limited to croissant, nothing else, no toast. Fruit wasn’t peaches or apple pieces in bowls of juice to avoid them going off. No apple juice and no orange juice. The choices were tea/coffee/water. There was a teeny bowl of nuts served. No. Instead the fruit was unprocessed/whole and had gone off! When I took a bite out of my apple, it was soft and mushy. And the next issue, whereby I could have ended up poorly - they served up mouldy yoghurt. I was served a sealed container of yoghurt (foil lid and plastic cup), and when I broke the seal on the foil lid, it was mouldy. You could see the fungus, and you could see the spores. When I called a member of staff over, they tried to say it was the manufacturers fault! I told them that I disagree and that the foil lid was sealed so it’s actually fault of the staff for incorrectly storing the yoghurt AND/OR not paying attention to expiration dates. I can’t comment on whether it was within date but the fact that the staff looked at the date when I drew their attention to the fungus, tells me it was within date. They tried to compensate me by offering me a boiled egg in a cup. I was in a rush so I told them I didn’t want it “I don’t have time to eat it”.
