I will definitely not be...

Liked: The location and walking distance to the beach.
Disliked: Dirty sheets and comforter as well as pillow case when we arrived and a set of sheets on the bed was ripped, shower still had sand and something brown on the shower floor, shower leaked to the point had to put several towels in front of it to soak up the water even with the doors to shower closed. Very late in servicing the rooms and felt as if you needed to stay out all day and night until it was done. Not allergen friendly. Says it comes with a breakfast that is included but it is just breads and bread products, fruits, coffee, tea and oranges in the fruit basket was bad. Floor was still coated in sand when we arrived. Parking was limited and barely enough room for even one car for each unit and back lot is great for smaller cars but not larger cars. Plants and shrubs very overgrown in the front if you have a room with a patio. Little kids in the rooms above us running around until 11pm and started at 7am. I have a kid and booked a lower floor for that reason. Anyone with kids 10 and under should not be allowed to book a room on second floor. I understand we stayed during Fourth of July but the price paid for the 1st-5th of over $2,000 was not worth it at all.

Wonderful view and relaxing stay...

Liked: The location is perfect, ocean view. There is a restaurant on site and a free breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly. There is also parking for hotel guests. The rooms are charming and pets are allowed.
Disliked: The bed was a little firm and there was no hand soap provided. The WiFi was very slow in the room. The sink in the bathroom is awkward and you can't brush your teeth without spilling water. We also had one hair in the bedding.

Disliked: We were in room nine next to resturants kitchen .The outside of kitchen was disgusting. Help would hang back there so no privacy and there was stuff everywhere.

Disliked: We could hear the other guests in our room and no shady porch seating for breakfast which could easily be added
