Disliked: The only thing I wasn't happy with was how small the room was. It was the smallest hotel room I'd ever stayed in. Also, it had "2 beds and a patio," but it wasn't until I arrived that I realized it wasn't really a private patio; it was an area by the parking lot with seats in front of all the rooms. False advertising. The hotel itself and the location were beautiful.

Disappointed with staff response to...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Room was clean.
Disliked: Unbeknownst to me, I reserved a room that did NOT have an ocean view AND was directly above the kitchen. I could hear loud music and kitchen noises into the night. I spent a lot of money and am very disappointed. When I relayed this to the front desk personnel, they laughed like it was funny that we heard kitchen noises through the night. She also said that that was the room I chose. I would never ever choose a room over a kitchen. I felt I was not heard and also taken advantage of. I will not go back.

Disliked: Room had 2 really small windows next to the kitchen, no mats cold and open area,beds were hard but clean front desk was uninviting also two woman were walking out after checking in complaining

Expensive and not worth the...

Disliked: Curtain and shades were not usable. Lock on the door was broken. Our reservation through booking.com was never received by the hotel. One of our guests was very sick and the hotel would not accompany any changes to the reservation times. Take some notes from Scarborough beach motel.
