Below average for the cost...

Liked: The entrance the staff and location
Disliked: The room was dated the chair and only chair in the room was fallen apart we fix the toilet flapper to make it run no counter space in the bathroom or additional chairs or tables in the room. Pool needs a painting at the bottom.

Poor

Liked: The place is out dated and needs some updates. The walls had holes in them. The bathroom door handle wasnt on properly.
Disliked: How the walls and ceilings looked like they had mold on them. Pool was dirty.

Very bad value for money,...

Liked: The reception area was nice
Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy and there were cigarette butts right outside the door!

Tiring

Liked: The staff were excellent and we needed a place to stay in Spring Lake
Disliked: The rooms are old. The air conditioner was extremely loud when operating. The location is close to the street so you hear loud voices all night.

Relaxing

Liked: The staff are super friendly and accomodated all our requests...
Disliked: The TV system...

Chosen hotel for my convention...

Liked: The proximity to the venue where I was attending a convention.
Disliked: No elevator and steps required for every room. Old rooms and mismatched furniture. Lack of storage/shelving in tiny bathroom.

It was a great time

Disliked: The pool wasn’t open
