OK place but didn't appreciate...

Liked: decent place in a OK location
Disliked: Hotel only refunded $83.75 of what should have been a $100 fully refundable charge, no explanation provided.

Not a great stay, Damp...

Liked: Staff were very friendly - When we asked to move out after 1 night they were very understanding and refunded the remaining nights. Location was pretty good and the bathroom was very nice. I know we had a bad stay but I can’t comment on other rooms. Staff again were extremely friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Family of 5 most rooms we had were 2 Kings & Sofa Bed (All were pull out double beds) Sofa Bed we had was just a Sofa that you put some bedding on with lots of stains on. We had a really bad smell in the room also. A damp feel and bedding felt damp and like it had been left a while.

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised to be the guest of the day and we got free parking for our stay, and a few munchies. We weren't able to partake in the early check-in or late check out or use of the bikes but it was a great gift. Thank you. The gal that checked us in was so friendly and outgoing!
Disliked: It would be great to have two chairs with backs instead of just one. Our backs need support :).
