Wonderful Vermont inn

Liked: Beautiful very large room with clean tidy colonial furniture and comfortable king bed and modern bathroom. Wonderful setting on a beautiful river with outdoor and patio furniture to relax and enjoy the lovely scene. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Great location a few steps to beautiful and quaint classic Vermont village of Woodstock. No ce grocery right across the street. This is the best inn we’ve stayed at and the price is reasonable.

Liked: Location and time he porch upstairs in the tree tops looking over the river
Disliked: Carpet and no coffee maker in the room

Perfect location for a getaway.

Liked: Location was phenomenal - right next to a river, market across the street and local shopping within walking distance. Grounds were beautiful and outdoor chairs and fire pit were available. Room didn’t have a coffee station but we brought our own.
Disliked: Wish the windows would open so we could enjoy the beautiful breeze and the gurgling river. The window near the door needs a room darkening shade. The hallway light was bright (for safety reasons I’m sure) and so our room was semi-dark.

Liked: View from the room was amazing. Very quiet and super clean. It's nice to have a Keurig available 24/7
Disliked: That every restaurant in the area was overpriced.

Fantastic stay, great value for...

Liked: Very central to main area of town. Room was excellent, 4 poster bed was very comfortable. View of river was welcoming. Wtap around porch allowed tou to sit outside ans enjoy the tranqulity of the setting.
Disliked: Only small observation, a walkable path down to the river would have been welcomed for people with mobility issues.
