Liked: I love how intimate the hostel is, and the owner Charlie was so welcoming and friendly. I met so many lovely people at the hostel, and I can't wait to be back in Perth, I would highly recommend and definitely stay again it was a bonus having the free breakfast included.
Disliked: Overall the hostel was great, I do feel like a duster would be great, as there were a lot of cobwebs in the room I was staying in, the rooms need freshening up a bit, but apart from that it is a great hostel to stay at.

Bed bugs!!!! No response from...

Liked: Check in was easy.
Disliked: BED BUGS!!!!! I was in room #9 and after only one night, I was covered in bed bug bites. I contacted them a number of times the very next day but only got an acknowledgement reply (and that they would get back to me, but never did) and nothing else. Not even an offer for a credit or any action plans despite my emailing them again. Looking back at the reviews, I saw there were many other complaints about bed bugs too, going back only a couple months. The day I checked in, they said they had to move everyone the next day in order to "clean" the room. I believe they knew about the bed bugs at that point but still checked me (and others) into that room and bed. The entire hostile should be shut down in order to properly fumigate and kill the bugs. Disgusting!!
